Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

”You haven’t filled the whole form”-message

When I try to upload apps, I have to complete my apple id. When I tried to do that, it says that ”you haven’t filled the whole form” even thought I have filled it.

Check your billing details. Perhaps your payment details are not complete.
