Return for replacement

Box sent to me to ship my faulty watch and replace it. Says I am to make sure that the Red, black, and white battery sticker is visible on box. No sticker like that given- just return shipping label. How do I proceed?

Had the same issue today. Talked to apple support and they said don't worry about it and that it happens all the time.
