Battery issue

There is a big issue about my iPhone X, the battery of the phone always getting extremely hot even though I don’t use it that much, and the percentage of the battery goes down very fast. I went to the Genius Bar to check my phone, it shown there is no problem about the battery, so what’s the reason leds to this problem?
