How can I increase the ring time on my iPhone X?

I would like to increase the ring time of my new iPhone X before it goes to voice mail. I will never understand why this is not a built-in option somewhere in the Settings menu. For the record, my carrier is AT&T. Thank you for any help you can give me to increase the time I have in order to answer my phone before it goes to voice mail! ;-)
