Apple Watch Series 1 stopped syncing with latest update. Bluetooth is on but not linking So I can’t get my messages, weather or podcast controls on watch.
Apple Watch, watchOS 4.2.3, Settings are correct, can’t reset.

Make sure your iPhone is up to date.
On your iPhone tap Settings > General > Software Update
It is up to date as well. That is when it stopped syncing.
I unpaired and repaired the watch. It worked. Thanks
