How to remove extra "Reachable at" emails?

I have a 'me' and 'icloud' email address under the "Reachable At" section in my account. I don't use these, know how, or want to. I do NOT get an option to remove them. I only want my original AppleID and phone number listed in this section. All I see are gray question marks that I can hover over that don't give any helpful info. Why hasn't Apple provided a resolution for this? I read another poster's update and used several different browsers, verified pop-ups were not being blocked, etc...no success. Please help.
