How do I see my photos on my icloud

Go to icloud.com in Safari, log in with the Apple ID you used for iCloud Photo Library (only your iCloud Photo Library is on iCloud) and click on Photos and enjoy

Go to iCloud.com and enter your Apple ID and password. There you can view your mail and photos if desired.
