Thank you but I can log into my account on myphone so I don’t believe it’s locked
Hmmm... Well, in that case, try to contact Apple Support: Get started They can probably answer your question. Have you tried logging in on iCloud.com to see if your account is really locked?
apple tv is saying my ID has been locked. however it hasnt?
