iPhone 5s not holding charge

I got a iPhone 5s it just won’t hold charge I’ve had the battery replaced 3 times and still won’t hold charge I had it at 100% battery when I went to bed woke up this morning and it is flat without using it. I’ve tried all the tips to help the battery last longer. What should in do please help

Apple just updated my IPhone and the battery will no longer hold a charge Anyone else that had the recent update damaged their IPhone battery? Has Apple addressed the issue at all? If so any advice?
