Question: No Siri Connection

I have the Watch S3 and just recently, Siri stopped working. I receive the message "No Siri Connection, neither Apple Watch nor iPhone can access Siri." but Siri works on my iPhone. I've checked all the settings are rebooted both the watch and iPhone and the problem persists. Also, the weather on the watch face doesn't show any info.

Any help would be appreciated.
