why, my payment Has not passed. I made a payment in the "Clash Roayl" application, but nothing came to me. the game support sent me to you.

We don't represent Apple. See if you actually paid for the upgrade: See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

Then contact Apple Support directly if you did pay for it: Get started
