It's always possible that you've got the wrong page to manage your Apple ID. If the link is in an email, don't use it again. Try logging in from here: iCloud - Sign in
Kaspersky and Apple products have never "played" well together. And as ChitlinsCC has indicated, you need to get rid of it.
Also true.
I would uninstall Kapersky. Its tends to interfere with the computer's operation while providing minimal to no benefit unless you work with Windows files.
