My Iphone 6 Plus was working perfrectly fine until yesteday , the touch screen is not respodning
Earlier it was working randomly
but after apple support asked me to restore it to factory settings. it is not responding to touch at all.
Please help.

I’m now having exactly the same problem after updating yesterday :( it’s a real pain and no way I want to do a FR, does anyone know if there are any other options?
FYI for some reason Siri hasn’t responded for like the last year either, have had that checked out and no one can seem to find what’s wrong :( so when my screen stops working it really is a pain
Try this: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
EDIT: Noting that you have probably already tried that, I would contact Apple Support again...
