how to return money for an erroneous subscription?

hello, my child accidentally bought a subscription without my knowledge in the tinder, with the Card removed a large amount, I would like to return the money

You cannot reach Apple directly through these columns as they are manned by volunteers, users, much like yourself. However, we can help you … but do be aware that although Apple usually treat requests sympathetically where a genuine mistake has occurred, refunds are discretionary, not a right.

On your APPLE electronic receipt you will see an invitation to ‘Report a problem’. Report what you say here as your problem and Apple will contact you.

If for some reason you do not have a receipt, follow the instructions in this Apple document where a similar ‘Report a problem’ link is offered
