Did you have an appointment? A lot of iPhone appointment slots are being taken by this looking for replacement battery service.


You meant the Apple Store at Stoneridge Mall? They should be able to evaluate it while you wait if you have an appointment. Generally they want customers to come in with an appointment unless there's a drop-in slot available, or you put your name on a daily waiting list and they call you back to come in.


I've had my iPhone shut down from the high ambient heat before. It was still on to some degree, but I couldn't do anything with it until it cooled down. The only thing it was doing was displaying a message on the screen that I needed to wait until the temperature dropped to an acceptable level. Did you see anything like that or did it just turn black and refuse to do anything?

Hi I need my iPhone 7 Plus fixed .

This manufacture issue, that Iphone burned.

It’s been more than a week apple doesn’t do anything for me.

I don’t have original recive, I bought from person , I got foto ID .

This phone is more than 6 months in main .

With my Apple ID

iCloud ID
