Deferent options in iPhone 8

The above mentioned screenshots are from my two deferent 8 plus models but the fact is that it’s missing a option from one device that it’s not showing custom actions in model but in the same time it’s showing the same thing on another device .....!!!!! So pls kindly inform me further about it. Thankfully Mr.Jijo Varghese
