Since update of 11.2.6, my 6S+ has a receiver issue in speaker. Diagnostics have been run twice, and I am told there isn’t an issue even though Apple agrees that the sound is muffled and cracks

Apple store ran diagnostics twice and said reports are everything is ok... however they agreed the sound was not clear also stated it might clear up on own.... hadn’t yet
