iCloud storage

The Icloud storage space subscription wont let me cancel it, i try the steps but once i choose to downgrade ans the option i want it brings me back to the screen and the only button available to push is “back”, it wont let me push on the “done” help

Downgrade your iCloud storage - https://support.apple.com/HT207594 - For some people "Done" does not show, in which case contact Apple support.
