"Update Your Apple ID" update box is grayed out.

When I "Update Your Apple ID" on my iMac and enter my DOB and then "choose new security questions" and I pick a question and answer it the blue "Update" box is grayed out. The only functional option is "cancel."

All software is up to date.

Any ideas?
