Can not Connect to iTunes Store

Hi, for awhile now I’ve been having an issue connecting to the iTunes Store when using my cellular data. So far I’ve tried updating my phone (it’s currently up to date), I’ve made sure that cellular data is turned on for the App Store and the iTunes Store, and I’ve updated my date and time (which was on automatic, and already correct). I’ve also tried restarting my phone. The App Store and the Book Store both load and download normally while using my cellular data. It’s just the iTunes Store I have an issue with. It loads just fine when I’m using a Wi-Fi connection however. Is there anything else I can do to resolve this?

iPhone 6, iOS 11.2.6

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities KiraChan44,

I see that you're unable to connect to the iTunes Store when using cellular data. I access the iTunes Store all the time, so I can understand your concern with not being able to, and I'd be happy to help.

Let's first start by checking your settings. Check to make sure that you do not have Restrictions enabled. Go to Settings > General > Restrictions. If they are not enabled, then next thing you can do is check some things that have to do with your cellular data and your carrier. The following article has some steps you can try. Although the article addresses seeing "No Service or Searching" on your iPhone, you can still check the things listed in this article to help to isolate this issue.

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

Thank you, I was able to fix it. While I was in Settings>Cellular, I saw a list of apps that Cellular dats was turned on for and for some reason the Cellular data for the iTunes Store was turned off there. So even though I had it on in the general iTunes settings, the Cellular data setting trumped it. You are the best! I seriously appreciate it!
