iPhone x not working properly

My iphone has several issues

1. the screen stops working sometimes within an app and sometimes trying to get into an app, also won't text just fozen or screen doesn't appear to work when touched

2. won't back up

3. new apps wont load

iPhone X Screen going crazy I have an iPhone X that seems to be opening apps, opening browsers, etc on its own. This is the second time it's happened and my third restoration of the device. The first time it helped it a little, but this time I was barely even able to set up the phone as it kept overriding my input. The first time it would just take over the text window if you were typing and just freeze while you watched helplessly as it typed nonsense. Right now the phone just does what it wants. If i'm on a phone call, it hangs up. It opens numerous safari pages, photos, deletes alarms, and calendar entries. It's as if the phone is possessed to be honest. I am on the current software (11.4.1) with all the apps updated as of this message. I even set up as a new device and tried again. That reset process was extremely frustrating to say the least, as I could barely get to one screen to the next before the phone went back to previous screens on its own. Has anyone else had a real solution to this problem? Restarting and restoring is not a real solution.

iPhone 12 Pro Max issues Soon after I got my phone in Dec 2021, I noticed it froze up in several different apps. But I would always able to back out of the apps and it would turn back to normal. This week, it started blacking out. Once I was watching a video, the screen shut off. Just now I was on Facebook, the screen got stuck and a bunch of pink rectangles appeared, then my phone shut off then restarted itself. Is anyone else having these same issues, or is it just my phone. Do I need to get repairs or what should I do?

Have you performed a power down of the phone? Press and hold the volume and side button until the menu comes to shut down, then restart.

If that doesn't work you should call Apple Support or go to an Apple Store if possible.
