i accidentally deleted something in Disk utilities (I think the start up disk?) How do i fix it

i accidentally deleted something in disk utilities (i think the start up disk?) and now when my MacBook boots up i get a question mark with a grey folder how can i fix it? I don't have any kind of backup or time machine i don't really mind or care if all my stuff gets deleted i just want it to work again

A folder with question mark On startup in my mac a folder with question mark is appear .i ll do all of the steps to reinstall the macos x but the internal disk drive can't found in disk utility as well .so what can I do now can anyone help me
