All things apple , apple time capsule, TV , MAC, and TV WILL NOT connect to Mac music library. I have done all the suggest Apple reboot, check net work settings, apple ID , blah blah blah, bout ready to return just cause Apple quality has dipped drastically over the years. This is one more item to add to the list.

You must turn on in iTunes menu as well. I feel embarrassed .

Funny thing is the Airplay works from MAC, phone, iPad, etc. but TV does not see iTunes library.
The former would be music sharing, home sharing is separate. No need to feel embarrassed, others have done the same.
