After iOS 11.2.6 update often finger taps are registering wrong selections

I updated my iPhone 7 plus to iOS 11.2.6 and in some cases especially in menu pages of apps, when I am tapping my desired tab or menu item, it is randomly selecting some other item. and also the double click function of the home button to see all other open apps is not working properly. I want to report this bug.

iPad magic keyboard 3 finger gestures no longer working Ever since I upgraded to iPad OS 15, the 3 finger swipe up on the magic keyboard to get to the Home Screen no longer works, nor does the 3 finger swipe across to switch between apps. 2 finger gestures work fine, but anything involving 3 fingers does not work. I cannot find anything in the settings to help me.

iPhone 8 Plus home button multi clicks When I click the home button sometimes it will multi click, when I don’t want it to. This is randomly happening. It will do it for a few times then go back to the single click. It’s annoying as instead of going to home it opens the magnifier or the app swapping screen.
