If there are things wrong with my phone, can I go to the Apple store to change a new one?

I’ve only had the phone for a month

Check Your Service and Support Coverage - https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do - "Review your Apple warranty status and eligibility for support and extended coverage." Requires a hardware serial number.

Since it's still under warranty, yes. However, they have to evaluate it and may request that you try certain things to make sure it's not just a software issue that might be fixed without a different phone. Also - replacements aren't necessarily "new". Apparently they will have a special model number (starting with N) indicating that it's a replacement device. Replacement devices can be new or they could be Apple refurbished.
