Hi! I have updated MacOS high Sierra, installed adobe flesh player. When open, says “install_flash_player_osx.dmg” can’t be opened because it was not downloaded from the App Store. Your security preferences allow installation of only apps from the App Store". What should I do?

Open Security & Privacy preferences and click on General. Click on the lock icon and enter your admin password when prompted. At the bottom are two options. Select the second one.
