Apple box can't connect to network. There is no menu on the screen. No Netflix, Hulu or anything just computers and settings what's up

i still can't connect even though i have reseted the network settings also the i have already reset the network setting, reseted my modem, shut down at least 5x today, and it STILL DOESNT WORK.
