iphone 7 white screen

Hello All,

One of our users has an iphone 7 plus with exchange email on it. Every so often when he goes into the phone app to call someone or even answer a call the entire phone just goes white for a few seconds, sometimes he needs to restart the phone.

Odd thing is we even swapped out the phone for a new one and the only thing we put back was email and enrolled it in airwatch. I didnt restore from a back up (if the software back up was bad).
