I'm trying to reinstall el capitan onto my ImacImac 21.5, model no. A1418When signing in to app store to download el capitan I repeatedly get the error message "this item is currently unavailable."I've tried again numerous times and on different daysI've seen other posts which recommend signing into Icloud first to solve the issue, however it hasnt worked for me.This is my first Apple prodcut which I got around two weeks ago, so I'm still in the transition phase from Windows to Apple, so my knowledge of Apple products and how they work is very limited
