My February challenge - to hit an average daily Move calorie burn throughout the month - just disappeared. It is the last day of the month and I already did 800 calories before breakfast to try and get over the line. Where did it go?
Second, before it disappeared, the calories were tracking way lower than if I add up all the move calories earned in February and divide it by number of days.

To confirm, activity was achieved but not rewarded...
Then it has the cheek to set a March challenge. So that’s two months (Dec and Feb) met but not given. Perhaps Apple should concentrate on fixing the underlying issue, rather than designing/setting new challenges.
Thanks for your reply. Will update the software. The thing is it's not the end of February yet, and I was just behind the target so I don't know if I met it or not. The grey badge has just disappeared. I assume it shouldn't disappear until 1st March? The other February challenge (which I know I missed) is still sat there greyed out.
It’s done the same to me too, i’ve far surpassed the challenge, but it has not awarded it. Also did the same back in December.
I visited the Apple Store in Cardiff and they didn’t know how to fix the issue. It’s really frustrating that there is no real interest by Apple to find a solution...
In my achievements list, i had a " 58 minutes per days activity" achievement award pending. I was really close as in i needed to do my last 10 minutes of challence.... and then... last night it just disappeared... All my hard work and no award 🙂
I received the award for doing my daily move (at approx (not exactly) the same time the other disappeared)... Does apple not want to award me twice in one month?
Bit unfortunate that it does not fully proporly work.
BTW: all gear is up to date
