All tracks from Apple Music app playlists disappeared

I’ve updated my iPhone with the latest iOS and after that I switched accounts in Apple ID to update one app that was no longer available in my native country. After I switched back to my original account, all tracks disappeared from Apple Music playlist (for which I pay monthly subscription fee from my original account).

Does anyone know what happened and if there is a way to restore my playlists? My phone is backed up regularly on automated basis. It’s very frustrating experience.

Why are all of my playlists empty after the trial was over? iPhone 5s Hello, I started to join Apple Music for three months because of the offer of 3 months for 9.99$, so I took it, which was a great experience, but today, April 9th of 2018, my 3-Month trial ended and so did my music, ALL of my songs in my playlists vanished, disappeared, wiped, let me tell you, it took me 5 hrs to put all the music in all of my playlists and now, ITS GONE ! :( all the hard work, erased... please help me to get my music back to normal and in the playlists.
