All tracks from Apple Music app playlists disappeared

I’ve updated my iPhone with the latest iOS and after that I switched accounts in Apple ID to update one app that was no longer available in my native country. After I switched back to my original account, all tracks disappeared from Apple Music playlist (for which I pay monthly subscription fee from my original account).


Does anyone know what happened and if there is a way to restore my playlists? My phone is backed up regularly on automated basis. It’s very frustrating experience.
