Slow CPU usage has spiked Task_kernel is using most of my processing power.

My computer went from working great to all of a sudden running slow and with fan full on, mouse lag, keyboard lag etc. Anyone know how to fix this? Here are my is my etrecheck if this helps. I did not notice it being correlated to any new hardware or software. My daughter spilled a few drops of orange juice on it near the bottom and charging port but they cleaned it off right away and nothing appears wet or corroded on the outside. Any ideas?
