youtube problem

On searching for youtube.com,in safari it opens a blank white page with a logo of youtube on its top corner...

I have tried all the possible ways shown on website but it was of no use ..

The page I found is as below..

When I search youtube.com in safari, youtube will load but with a white screen and no videos. If I search up something then click on videos in safari, it will play but there is no description box or suggested videos I have tried restarting my computer, and I have cleared my history on safari. I also have good wifi connection.
