I ordered today from iTunes just a few hours ago. I received a bill rm 349.90 which I did order.

I ordered to day from a game app called pirates kings. I was charged rm 349.90 is what I did order. I was also charged rm57.90 for a scam over 3 months ago that I deleted all information and credit card. CIMB BANK GIve me a new card and account number. I also received a charge for rm127.90 for something I never ordered. I also received a charge for rm 6.00 for something I never ordered. This all happened today February 28, 2018 just a few hours ago. Please help. Email ****@ gmail.com Mobil ****

Never publish your email address like you have ... it is an open invitation to spammers and fraudsters. I have mentioned it to the hosts who will probably remove it

Did you go through the links in the document I included when I wrote to you. They were meant to help you solve your problem. If you have done this, at what point did you find you could not proceed further.


We are not Apple, we are volunteer helpers and do not have access to your account in any way so there are limits to how much we can do on your behalf.


Happily I see the hosts removed your email details. It is publishing information like that which can be very troublesome.
