Backed up on iCloud several days ago
Then my iPhone 7 Plus was hacked, I forgot iCloud password had to wait 24 hrs, now iCloud is saying I have no vackups
My own fault for looking it to watch **** on the phone and by hearts are they froze my phone this company pretended they were Apple told me to go buy iTunes cards or 50 or hundred dollars and then call them back and try to get me to do it immediately I didn’t buy it and try to reset the phone forgot my password had to wait for 24 hours of recovery mean well the day before that happened I backed up my phone bottom line is is telling me that I don’t have an iCloud back up when I know I backed it up and now I don’t have any technical support without paying for it
I did not give the company any information they froze my phone I had to try and reset my phone because I didn’t believe that they were Apple I also forgot my Apple ID password therefore had to go to the Apple Store do the recovery process with them because I was unable to do it on my own weight the 24 hours phones back on cleared however it’s tell me I don’t have an iCloud back up and I know for a fact that I backed it up three days ago.
There is no way they could have frozen your iPhone unless you gave them your password. Did you restart your iPhone or did you connect it to your computer and restore it in iTunes?
If you are not in your iPhone (or iCloud) in the Apple ID that was used to do the backup then you will not be able to see the previous backup.
If I can add something to what Deggie suggested, have you tried to access iCloud in Settings then tap to your name, then icloud, then manage storage? Does it show you have a backup there?

What do you mean by "it got hacked"? Someone got your Apple ID password?

So did you give this company the password to your iPhone? What do you mean by you reset your iPhone? Is your iPhone usable now?
I am an honorable honest man with integrity I did not give them or anyone else my password and I did freeze my phone in terms of the Internet I could use other things but I couldn’t use the Internet.
No it does not show a back up there
It did before phone was hacked
