I backed up the iPhone several days ago phone got hacked it’s now tell me there is no back up and then I lost everything

Backed up on iCloud several days ago

Then my iPhone 7 Plus was hacked, I forgot iCloud password had to wait 24 hrs, now iCloud is saying I have no vackups
