Does MBP output RGB or YCbCr? Can you configure?

Does the new USBC MBP output RGB or YCbCr? Is it 4:4:4 or 4:2:2 or 4:2:0? What is preferable? Can you set this?

I have the new MBP with USBC purchased in late 2017.

I can't seem to find this in settings. I use it for primarily desktop applications and occasionally sling and Netflix video.
