By mistake, I subscribed to an application.Now I got a notification that I was not charged $ 99 because I did not have enough funds on the account. How do I cancel my payment?

Purchases are considered final but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
