Not able to update to High Sierra (running 10.9.5 version)

Hi,

I'm trying to update my OS from 10.9.5 to High Sierra, but every time i try to do so, the window dialogue to put down the number code does not show up. I get the code on my iphone but have no window in which to place it and confirm the update. Any idea how i can solve this?

P.S.: The computer is a MacBook Pro from 2010

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5), 8gb ram

Can't update Numbers I cannot update Numbers to the latest version because it's not supported on my current OS. As my machine is a late 2013 model I cannot update to the latest OS required. When I click 'download the last compatible version' nothing happens. Numbers is critical to my work, am I supposed to upgrade my entire machine just to get one app working?
