iOS iCloud takes up all space on device

Recently the "other" part of disk usage has taken over my iPhone's storage completely.

Currently it is at 9.5 out of 12 GB, and trying to remove apps gives some space temporarily before

being taken by "other" again.

Specs:

Device: iPhone 6

iOS: 9.3.1

I have tried to backup and restore the iPhone without any success, the "other" part keeps coming back.

Taking a closer look reveals that there is some iCloud specific databases behind this.

Looking into the folder "/private/var/mobile/Library/Application Support/CloudDocs/session/db"

there are to database files "server.db" and "server.db-wal" taking up 5 and 4.5 GB each.

Taking a look into the "server.db" file (using sqlite3), the table "server_pending_fetches" seems to be quite off.

Running "SELECT * from server_pending_fetches limit 20" gives the output below. The entries seems to be the same

if reading more from the table.

My question is: Which files can i delete / modify without breaking any iCloud things? Or is there any other solution to this?
