no workouts save to phone

Checked my phone. Swim workouts saved to phone for months...then checked for the last month, says 2 workouts, when I swam everyday. Plus on watch, I check activity it will show yards or meters, but no other info, like time, avg. pace, strokes ect.? I am ending workout like normal, bluetooth enabled, and connected. How do I get my watch save workouts, and deliver to phone?. Before it was automatic..now just is not doing it.
