App icon still there after deleting the app.

I have a 3rd party app (Etsy) that I have recently deleted but the icon itself is still there. It is grayed out but when I press and hold, all the apps jiggle but the grayed out Etsy app doesn't have an "X" like all the others do. I went into settings and scrolled down to apps and it isn't listed there either. It's like a ghost app that refuses to leave the phone.
