Battery use macbook pro15 '2017

I want to know how it should be using the macbook pro 15 '2017 battery, in the sense that I do not know if I should always leave it connected or let it reach 100% and disconnect the charger to make use of the battery.

Battery specific issues Is it okay to use macbook air m1 while charger is unplugged? What is more preferred for the preservation of the battery, charging it till it reaches 100% and unplugging it OR use it continually even if it's 100% already and charger still plugged in.

You can leave it connected if you want, but let the MacBook run on battery from time to time. Once a week is ok, I suppose
