I can't log in to Facetime neither through my Mac nor my Iphone

i can use it on my iphone using my number

but i cant log in with apple id

i am already signed in though on my mac and on my iphone with my apple id

when i try to log in it gives me connection error problem

nothing seems to working today for me

i am gonna cry

also i live in greece i tried to contact them on this number that i found on the site 80044145417

but it gives me wrong number (also this number is already in my contacts on the phone)

and i tried contecting them at 4.45pm they close at 5pm

i think i am finding good reasons to go back to android

what a shame

Can you use Messages? Activation error?

Have someone else attempt to sign in using their Apple ID. If they can successfully sign in and use Messages/FaceTime, it may be your Apple ID.Someone I know had this happen and I was able to sign in usingmy Apple ID. After a call to Apple Support and then being elevated to a tier 2 support person, it turned out it was a problem with their Apple ID. It took the software engineers 3-4 days to fix the problem. When calling Apple, make sure you tell them it is an Apple ID problem so you don't get charged.
