Can I download using cellular data rather than WiFi? And is there an option where I can select whether to download using cellular data or using WiFi?

So long as they are under 150 MB, you can update them over the air using Cellular data. If they are larger, you can't. you will need WiFi.

The apps I wanted to update is above 150 mb, is there another way to download it using data?
