Erase All Content and Settings

can someone tell me why I cant erase all my content and settings on my iPhone 7+?

it doesn't give me the option as you can see from the screen shot? was this option moved to another location and is no longer locate under settings\general\reset?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.2.6
