Adding keywords and descriptions to images

Is this possible? Is there a way in iOS Photos to access info to add descriptions and keywords to images? Most of my albums are Smart Albums based on keywords. I’d love to be able to add descriptions and keywords in iOS Photos so that images could go to Smart Albums. I can’t see any way to do this, except of course by doing it in Mac Photos.

Thanks every much for any insights.

I do not know how you use Smart folders on Mac, I mostly use it date related or place, for this I use Search on iOS, I also have Smart Folders on Mac based on camera type or lens etc, not possible on Photos iOS. You can try other apps like HashPhotos what has more features but I do not know if it sync to Mac Photos.
