Hi

I suggest that you contact the merchant and/or your card issuer (for the card that you used via Apple Pay, which is where the refund will be issued to) for assistance.

Apple Pay transactions are a matter between you, the merchant and the card issuer. As part of the built-in security and privacy features, Apple does not collect any Apple Pay transaction information that can be tied back to you.
