why do I get told that I am offline
I just got a refurbished iPad 1st gen. and I did everything that I was supposed to do and signed into my Wi-Fi and it won't let me surf the web but it let's me get apps from the store and then when I try to do a in-app purchase it says that I am offline and I contacted tech support and they couldn't connect up with it and they tried to tell me that it is the apps fault. HELP!!!!!
