poor wireless throughput and intermittent connectivity

I have poor wireless throughput and intermittent connectivity on my windows 10 pro boot camp instance. I also can't connect my bluetooth apple mouse or keyboard. Are there any updated drivers available?

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports)

Processor 3.3 Ghz Intel Core I5

WiFi = AirPort Extreme

Intel Iris Plus Graphics 650 1536 MB

boot camp version 6.1

MacBook Pro TouchBar and Touch ID, Windows 10, boot camp

Version .68 prefers 802.11ac, while the updated version .73 favors 802.11n. If you have a 802.11n access point, it is better to upgrade to .73 via Apple Software Update. Create a Windows System Restore point, before you upgrade, so you have the ability to test, and rollback, if necessary.
